Our operations platform was developed by a company that is made of up of former landscaping professionals who understand the needs of our firm. With our handheld devices our crews can do almost anything they need to in the field for inputting and retrieval of data for their specific Clients. For some Clients we upload photos, forms and weekly reports while on the job-site and have the Clients sign off on the screen to accept services.
Our office personnel are constantly analyzing the field data for best practices, efficiencies, compliance, governance and value creation to ensure our Clients receive the outstanding service that they deserve.
We use various apps ranging from landscaping inspections, lighting inspections, building exterior assessments, signage assessments, live snow reporting and live cumulative snow costs during events. Our apps have geo-fencing that validates we are on-site, time stamps to show our arrival and departure times and photo capture/upload to show before and after of our services.
Every operations vehicle we use in performing services for our Clients has a GPS device attached so we can monitor our fleet routing and verify that our drivers are driving safely.
